In this Article, Let’s talk about something we all face in our day-to-day life. In My Experience, taking care of our mental wellness is like trying to keep your mobile phone charged when the battery is low. Right?

First Approach

I’ve been there many times throughout my life. Always staring at my phone, going through feeds, and feeling like ” Yeah I’m on alert” It’s Frustrating, right? But the thing is, you have to find the balance between Mental Wellness and Hyperconnected World, And That’s not Easy, Well sort of.

Think about it. We’re stuck with information all the time, Nowadays, it’s almost only Digital Information, not like the Newspapers we used to read back then. and Digital Information are actually easy to access. But, are we getting only the useful Info from this way? No Right? It will never happen. That’s why you need to add a Little Switch Between those two tracks.

My Own Experience

I’ve tested some Tech free things in my daily route. And you will not believe the results. I was an addict to Technology, because my Career is in IT Filed. So eventually I got anxiety at night time and I suffered a lot. You know when you get the anxiety, it will come with a whole package with some other mental disorders. So, whether it’s going for a walk, reading a book, working out, or simply enjoying a cup of tea without distractions, these little thigs can take you to a whole new world.

Personally, My Daily routing is, Waking up – Getting a Shower – Do some workouts ( Around 30 – 90 Minutes / Cycling, Walking, Powerlifting, Boxing ) – Getting a quick refresh shower – Get a short nap – Drinking a Hot Steamy Coffee – Doings my works ( I’m a Night Bird, So I’m working at night, But That doesn’t affect my mood at all since I started to follow this routing ) – Then Getting my good night sleep, Well It’s kind of a Good Morning Sleep. So, this is my Routing, you can change or add things according to your time schedule. But What I wanted to say is that this is simply it.

Benefits

And hey, it’s not just about taking breaks from screens. It’s also about being mindful of how we use technology. Setting boundaries, like turning off notifications or limiting screen time, can help us regain control over our digital habits.

But let’s be real, getting away from Technology isn’t always easy. and it can be very hard to Ignore our Phones. But trust me, if you do that, if you Achieve that Level, You’ll Feel the Difference.
